Here are the rules:
1) Choose the 4th folder where you store your pictures on your computer
2) Select the 4th picture in the folder
3) Explain the picture
NO CHEATING! (cropping, editing, etc!)
This picture is of my sister-in-law, Stacey, and my baby, Owen. I think it was at one of my nephew's track meets last year. Kind of neat since tomorrow is Stacey's 40th Birthday! Have a good one!
