My brother and his cute little family just stopped by for a visit. They have a precious newborn angel named, Isabella. What's better at Christmas than a baby? She's so beautiful. Her cheeks are so scrumptious, her hair is a mop of dark brown goodness, and her smell is enough to make a mommy's heart skip a beat (two beats maybe). Just holding her in my arms and squeezing her made me get that all too familiar tug inside. It's like something inside me was crying, "I WANT A BABY". I looked up at Kasey and he said (in his most gentle tone) "DON'T EVEN LOOK AT ME!"
They're gone now and I'm back to reality. All is good....for now.
