Happy Sunday!

Yesterday was my 32nd birthday. It was a beautiful, relaxing day to spend with my family. We started off the day at church where a special guest joined us along with about a ton of other newcomers packing out the house. Carmen sang with our band and even preached the sermon. I didn't know what to expect since I've never honestly been a Carmen fan but Kasey sure was when we were teenagers. It was neat to have him there and I'm hoping that alot of the people who showed up just to see Carmen will come again next week and be a part of what's going on at our church.
Next we went to lunch at our favorite Chinese restaurant and then went to Babies R Us to look around at all the new baby gear. Finally, we had a quiet dinner at home and we all cuddled on the couch to watch 2 of the Love Comes Softly series then it was off to bed. What a great day.
