Lucy Dressing Up

Sometimes when Lulu plays dress-up she reminds me of a messy, love-sick, intoxicated Mrs. Hanagan from "Annie" (the Carol Burnett version). Notice the messy hair & miss matched heels. The girl has got some serious sway in those heels too!
