Owen is STILL sick...ugh. He has one main symptom, a fever. A nasty fever really. It started on Wednesday and is still hangin' on. I was worried that it was going to hang on through the weekend and there would be a good chance of Owen getting dehydrated. The poor guy only weighs 32 lbs. My sister's kids have this SAME exact virus right now and Chloe had it all last week so I had a good idea that it could last awhile. Our family doctor is closed on Fridays so I just called him to see if he thought I should go ahead and take Owen in to a clinic to be checked out or if he thought he'd be ok till Monday. He didn't want me to take him to a different doctor and said that he was passing through town so just to bring him to his office real quick and he'd take a look at him to make sure he didn't have anything more than a virus. We love Dr. Fletcher. He's the best. As far as he could tell it's the same thing that Chloe has...he saw her this week too.
Owen's fever is down alittle today (it was 104.9 on Friday) today it's 101.5. So he's making a comeback:) He's mostly upset because Mason & Jax have been outside alot and he has to stay inside. Poor guy. I hope the other two guys don't get it for our week off school. Happy Spring Break!
