Things around here...

have been crazy. Sorry for the delay in posting. Between soccer, football, school, pre-school, homework, church and the everlasting Kidney stone from H***,I've been caught up. I love this time of year though. I love the colors of everything around me. This blooming bush that we have in our front yard didn't bloom very well this spring. It usually has tons of pretty little pink blooms all over it but for some reason it didn't have many this year. And for the first time ever (for as long as my old neighbor can remember) it has turned this beautiful bright orange/red color this fall. I'm calling it the burning bush.
Kasey is on his way home from a business trip. He got the opportunity to travel to Denver for an NFL football game. Half business, half pleasure. I'm glad for him, that man works too much. Tomorrow he'll be on a plane to San Antonio. I wish I could go this time because I love it there. I'm sure he'll at least bring me some fresh tortillas (mmmmm). It's almost time for IU basketball! It's a "building" year they say. Or as I say, "We're really gonna stink this year", but I don't care, I love it anyway. "Go Hoosiers!"
