Much Better

I'm feeling much better today. Pre-school went well today (as usual) and it's beautiful outside so that always helps.
I took Mason for a speech evaluation early this week and while he was there they tested him developmentally and gave him a lollipop test. I was concerned because there are a few sounds that Mason misses when he's talking. He passed his speech evaluation so that's good. They said the sounds that he's missing will not be considered delayed until 1st or 2nd grade. He did so well on his developmental test and scored very good on his lollipop test that the doctor talked me into letting Mason start Kindergarten next year. I had always thought I would wait till he was 6 because that's what I did with Jax (he wasn't ready at the time) and because Owen won't be able to start until he's 6 (he misses the county cut-off date). So we moved Mason up to the Pre-K class at pre-school and he's really looking forward to going to "big school" next year. I just hope I'm ready by then:(
