Saturday night I went out for a "girls night" to see Lauren's dance recital. It was alot of fun. She is a very talented little girl. When I got home it was around 11pm and Kasey had waited up for me. On the way home Theresa bought me a 44ounce COKE from Sonic. Which is my favorite drink stop. I was so awake from all the caffeine that I kept Kasey up talking his head off. I told him that Boonville really needs a good drink stop. We have good Coke at DQ but they have paper cups and big ice cubes. We have good Coke at the Casey's gas station but they have plastic cups that sweat all over the place and make your coke get watery too fast. We have good Styrofoam cups at the BP Station but their ice is big and their coke is sometimes flat. Tastee Freeze has crushed ice (a must for a fountain drink) but their cups are big and paper and don't fit in your cup holder.
So last night after a long hot day of playing outside with the family. I was out in the yard watering the flowers when Kasey and the boys came outside and got into the car. They said they'd be right back and that it was a secret. I came in the house to find the bathroom lit with candles and my towels waiting by the side. They got home a few minutes later with funny smirks on their faces.
Kasey said "We love you so much that we decided to go on a mission for the perfect fountain coke"
They had went to the BP and got an EMPTY cup, went to Tastee Freeze for crushed ice, and to DQ for the coke. Plus, they brought me peanut butter cups (YUM)! So I had a nice hot bath with the perfect Boonville coke and lovely pb cups.
Thank you guys...you're the best. Hey, it pays to be the only girl in the house.
